These BBQ Kielbasa Bites are the perfect quick and easy appetizer for your next gathering. Only 2 ingredients required for these delicious bites. They are quick to prepare and quick to disappear.
Do you ever go to a restaurant and order a ton of appetizers to share as your meal? It’s one of my favorite things to do so it shouldn’t surprise you that we ate these for dinner. That’s how we roll. I realized recently that it’s been quite awhile since I share an appetizer recipe with you guys and that just isn’t right.
So here I am with the easiest of easy appetizers. I think appetizers should be simple and not require a lot of thinking. It’s one of the many reasons I love dips (as evidenced here and here and here).
When you are having friends over you don’t want every single dish to be complicated and time consuming (at least I don’t) so it’s nice to have some easy and delicious things you can whip up in a flash.
These BBQ Kielbasa Bites are something you can make in 5 minutes. You only need 2 ingredients, just the ones in the title, so if you keep them on hand you can prepare these for last minute guests or a crazy fast dinner on a busy night.
- 2 (14 oz.) kielbasa, cut diagonally into 1-inch pieces
- 1/2 cup barbecue
Preheat grill or grill pan over medium heat. Grill until you get caramelized grill marks, 3 to 4 minutes per side. If using a skillet, remove kielbasa and drain any fat.
Toss the kielbasa in the barbecue sauce then grill another minute per side to slightly char.
