Happy Friday friends! I’m sharing everything we did this past week including Hannah’s dance recital, last day of school photos and fun auto repairs. And I need your book recommendations. It’s Photo Friday.
Hannah had her first dance recital on Saturday and it was so dang cute. She did amazing and you could tell she was totally loving it. We weren’t permitted to take photos during the performance but I snapped some before and after. She was tired and not having it after the recital so there are several real life photos in the mix.
This one cracks me up.
Wednesday was the last day of school and we continued our tradition with cupcakes at the park. We tried a different place in town and loved the flavor choices but at the end of the day, this place still has my heart.
We had to have our windshield replaced (a rock hit it a couple weeks ago) but luckily there is a place in town that comes to you to do the job so that’s what we did our first day of summer. The kids loved being able to watch the guys work.
We’re headed to Vegas in a couple weeks for Joel’s company’s annual retreat so I need some book recommendations. The last few I’ve read have just been okay and it’s been slowing down my reading game. I’m thinking something lighter while relaxing by the pool. I’m going to listen to this on the plane.
This cat. Noah made a rocket ship out of a box and she of course had to sit in it while he was at school. She has the cattiest cat attitude I’ve ever known. She loves her people and everybody else can go home. Also, if it wasn’t obvious already, she does what she wants.
We don’t have any weekend plans, yay! I’m going to try to talk my people into the farmer’s market. Are you doing anything special for Memorial Day? I think we’ll smoke some ribs and keep things simple. Have a great weekend!
