Buffalo Popcorn

Buffalo Popcorn

The best part of the Super Bowl is the snacks and appetizers and I’ve combined two favorites into one with this Buffalo Popcorn. Crunchy, spicy and perfect for snacking during the big game.

Are you guys thinking about the Super Bowl yet? And when I ask if you’ve started thinking about the game I really mean have you started planning your menu. Because we all know that’s the most important part.

Buffalo Popcorn

When it comes to big gatherings like this, I love to put together lots of dips, appetizers and snacks instead of a full dinner (unless pizza). It sets up the perfect opportunity for grazing and snacking throughout the game which is the only way to do it in my opinion.

Buffalo wings are always a major go to for me when I’m planning a game day meal. And since I love all things spicy and buffalo flavored I’m always looking for things to transform into that flavor profile.

This Buffalo Popcorn was my latest delicious and successful experiment. Plain popcorn is tossed with a simple, 3 ingredient buffalo sauce than baked to crispy perfection.

This stuff is addicting you guys. I mean, I already have a problem with self-control when it comes to popcorn but add some buffalo sauce and I’m in trouble. It’s slightly spicy so that may deter you from inhaling the whole batch.

Add this to your Super Bowl menu for a surefire success.
