With all the binge TV going on during this crazy time, I figured maybe you’re looking for a delicious snack to munch on while Netflixing.

Or maybe you’re tired of cooking (hello, it me). But honestly, these Buffalo Pretzels are so easy it won’t even feel like cooking. I promise.

Ingredients for Buffalo Pretzels

You only need a few ingredients to make these buffalo pretzels. Here’s the list.

  • Pretzels
  • Hot sauce
  • Butter
  • Ranch seasoning mix
  • Seasoned salt

See how easy?! You can use whatever pretzels you have on hand. Sticks, twists, snaps, nuggets, they will all work.

My favorite hot sauce is Frank’s and I always have a big bottle of it in my pantry. Use whatever your favorite is for this recipe.

If you don’t have any ranch seasoning, you can simply leave it out and add 1 teaspoon of garlic powder instead. It won’t have that little bit of ranchy kick but they are still delicous. I’ve made them both ways so I promise they are good.

How to Make Buffalo Pretzels

First, dump the pretzels in a large bowl. Then melt the butter in a saucepan then whisk in the hot sauce. Let it simmer for a minute then remove it from the heat.

Whisk in the ranch seasoning mix and seasoned salt until you no longer have any clumps. Pour the hot sauce mixture over the pretzels and toss until they are well coated.

Pour the pretzels on a huge baking sheet or two smaller baking sheets that are lined with parchment. That makes for easy clean up and ensures they don’t stick. You can use foil too.

Bake them in the oven at 300 degrees F for 30 minutes. They’ll need a good toss every 10 minutes. That right there is the extent of cooking involved. Told it they were easy.

Allow them to cool completely and store in an airtight container for up to 3 weeks. They won’t last that long.

Great For All the Snacking

These are obviously delicious all the time. Serve them alongside a sandwich. Or for a movie night snack.

I make these often for girls night and will continue to eat everyone’s portion during quarentine. Don’t worry friends, a big batch will be waiting for you once we can see each other again.

If you want to double up on the spicy, dip these crunchy guys in some jalapeno ranch. You won’t regret it.
