  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking soda

To Make Pancakes:

  • 1 cup dry mix
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 2 Tbsp. sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. melted butter, slightly cooled

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, salt, baking soda and baking powder. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
  • To make the pancakes: mix together all ingredients and allow to sit for 5 to 10 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat a large skillet or griddle to medium heat.
