Ingredients

  • 10 oz. dark chocolate chips
  • 2 1/2 cups roasted, salted almonds
  • 3 blood oranges (or navel oranges)

Instructions

  • Line a large baking sheet with parchment or wax paper. Set aside. Add chocolate chips to a microwave safe bowl. Zest two of the oranges into the bowl. Microwave the chocolate chips in 30 second increments, stirring each time, until the chocolate is melted.
  • Stir almonds into the melted chocolate. Drop by spoonfuls onto the prepared pan. Zest the last orange over the almond clusters. Allow the chocolate to harden either at room temperature or in the refrigerator. Store in an airtight container.
