Ingredients
3/4lb.broccoli florets
2Tbsp.olive oil
1/2tsp.kosher salt
1/4tsp.black pepper
1tsp.red pepper flakes
1/4cupfresh shredded parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spread broccoli in an even layer on a nonstick baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat. Sprinkle salt, pepper, red pepper flakes and parmesan cheese over the broccoli. Toss again to coat.
Roast broccoli for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and flip. Roast another 5 to 10 minutes, until desired caramelization has been reached.
