Ingredients
For Irish Creamer:
1 1/2cupshalf and half
1 1/2Tbsp.chocolate syrup
1 1/2tsp.vanilla extract
1/4 + 1/8tsp.almond extract
For Iced Irish Coffee:
1 cupcold brew coffee
1 1/2tsp.brown sugar
2Tbsp.Irish creamer
Ice
Optional: Bailey's or Irish whiskey
Instructions
In a bowl, stir together half and half, chocolate syrup, vanilla extract and almond extract.
Add ice to a cocktail shaker, add all ingredients and close lid tightly. Shake for 10 seconds until cold and foamy. Pour into a glass filled with ice. If you don't have a cocktail shaker. Pour coffee in a glass filled with ice. Add creamer and brown sugar and stir vigorously until sugar is dissolved and coffee is foamy.
