Bacon and Blue Hot Corn Dip

Dips always make a party better and this Bacon and Blue Hot Corn Dip is no exception. Simple to put together and a big crowd pleaser.

Ingredients

  • 3 1/3 cups frozen corn, thawed
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, cubed
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 6 sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • fresh cilantro

Instructions

  • Dump all ingredients into a crockpot and mix. Cook for 2 hours on low, stirring occasionally. Serve with tortillas chips or raw veggies for dipping. Top with cilantro if desired.
