Chicken Satay

Marinated, skewered chicken is grilled for the perfect weeknight meal. Chicken Satay is super flavorful and done in less than 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. chicken tenderloins
  • 2/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 1/2 tsp. powdered ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. onion powder
  • Skewers

Instructions

  • Place chicken in a plastic zip top bag. Whisk together soy sauce, sugar, ketchup, ginger and onion powder then pour over the chicken. 
  • If you are using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes so that they don't burn while grilling. Thread the chicken on the skewers and grill until juices run clear.
