Feed that sweet tooth with just the right amount of dessert with this Small Batch Peach Crisp recipe. It makes two mini desserts and they are made in 45 minutes from start to finish.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Divide diced peaches into two ramekins. Set aside.
Mix together oatmeal, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt. Add butter and break apart with a fork Mix until crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over the ramekins of peaches.
Place ramekins on a baking sheet (this is in case the peaches bubble over). Bake for 30 minutes, until browned and bubbly.
