Ingredients
12Rhodes Bake-N-Serv Texas Yeast Rolls
1cupshredded cheddar cheese
1cupshredded mozzarella cheese
6Tbsp.butter, melted
3cloves garlic, minced
1tsp.dried parsley
Instructions
Thaw and rise Rhodes rolls according to the package directions.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix cheeses in a bowl and set aside.
On a floured surface, flatten a roll into a 1/4-inch disc. Sprinkle one half with 2.5 tablespoons of cheese. Fold dough over and pinch the edges to seal. Gently roll into a 12-inch rope and tie into a knot. Set on an ungreased baking sheet. Repeat with remaining dough, keeping 2 inches between each roll on the baking sheet.
Stir together the melted butter, minced garlic and dried parsley. Brush the rolls with half the butter. Bake for 18-22 minutes, until golden. Remove from the oven, brush with remaining butter and serve immediately.
