Ingredients

  • 5 cups rice chex cereal
  • 3 cups mini pretzels
  • 1 cup roasted almonds
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup hot pepper sauce
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Mix chex cereal, pretzels and almonds in a large bowl. Set aside.
  • Add butter and hot pepper sauce to a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir until melted. Add Worchestershire sauce, kosher salt, onion powder, garlic powder and black pepper. Cook another minute.
  • Pour buffalo mixture over the chex and stir until completely coated. Spread on a rimmed baking sheet in an even layer. You may need two baking sheets. Bake for 55 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
