11.2 oz. bagfreeze dried strawberries
1/3cuproased, salted cashews
1cuppitted dates
1/2cuprolled oats
1/2cuppeanut butter (or nut butter of choice)
1 1/2tsp.pure vanilla extract
Instructions
Place freeze dried strawberries in the food processor. Pulse until you have a fine powder. Add remaining ingredients and process until everything is finely chopped and a ball forms.
Using a cookie scoop, portion out the dough into 14 even sized balls. Roll in your hands to make them perfectly round. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
