Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp. kosher salt

  • 1 Tbsp. yellow mustard
  • Nonstick spray

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, kosher salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and yellow mustard. Using a cookie scoop, portion out the meatballs and set on a plate. Roll to ensure they are round.
