I think we’re all always on the lookout for easy dinners that the whole family will love and I have another one to share with you. These Baked Turkey Croissants check every box for busy nights: easy, quick, no complaints from picky eaters.

They take minutes to put together then simply bake in the oven to get melty and crisped on top. That means you’ll have a warm, filling dinner on the table in thirty minutes. I consider that the biggest win of all.

Ingredients for Baked Turkey Croissants

The ingredient list for these croissants is short and sweet. Here’s what you’ll need:

Croissants: head to the bakery section of your grocery store and grab a package of flaky, buttery croissants.

Deli turkey: you can use anything from smoked to honey to peppered turkey. Whichever is your favorite! I personally love smoked turkey as it pairs nicely with the buttery croissants, creamy cheese and bite of mustard.

Meunster cheese: I really like the combo of this cheese with smoked turkey and dijon mustard but feel free to use whatever you love or have on hand.

Butter

Dijon mustard

Everything bagel seasoning: this is totally optional but I love the additional flavor and crunch that it adds.

Assemble and Bake

Slice all the croissants in half and layer them with the turkey and then the cheese. Pop the top croissants over the cheese then place the croissants in a 13×9 baking dish.

In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter and dijon mustard. Brush the mixture over the croissants then sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.

Put the pan in the oven and bake until the croissants are golden and the cheese is melted.

Additions and Changes

There are lots of ways you can change up and personalize these croissants depending on what you have on hand and your mood. Here are some of my ideas:

Replace the turkey with ham or roast beef (or add it with the turkey)

Use a different cheese

Add bacon because that’s always a good idea, you could make it into a turkey club situation

Once baked, add in shredded lettuce and sliced tomatoes
