Ingredients

  • 2 large English cucumber, peeled, seeded and diced into 1/4-inch chunks
  • 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. dried dill weed
  • 1/8-1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

Instructions

  • Stir together cream cheese, mayo, lemon juice, dill weed and cayenne pepper. Once smooth, fold in cucumber chunks. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Serve with assorted crackers.
