Hot Chocolate Brownies are the perfect recipe to bake on a chilly winter day. Pair with a mug of your favorite hot chocolate to make the ultimate treat.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 13x9 pan. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine melted butter and granulated sugar and whisk for 1 minute. Add eggs and vanilla and whisk until combined. Add cocoa powder, hot chocolate mix, flour, baking powder and salt. Mix until just combined.
Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and spread the marshmallow evenly over the brownies. Return to the oven for 5 minutes. If you want the marshmallows a bit more toasty, turn on the broiler. Watch very closely as they can burn very quickly.
Remove from the oven and let sit for 5 minutes before slicing and serving. Best when warm and gooey. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days. To reheat, place in an air fryer and cook at 350 degrees for 1 to 2 minutes.
